St John’s Senior u13 girls football team secured a victory in their first game in the Enfield Borough football league, playing against Heron Hall Academy.
The score was 3 – 2 in an exciting game. Sophie played excellently at Centre midfield and scored a hat-trick for St John’s Senior and was awarded player of the match. She was ably supported by Anna, Maisie, Aleena and Evra who all assisted throughout the game. Tallula, Alana and Berin Y were all brilliant in defence, ensuring the win. There was great game play by Rachel, Olivia, Moini and Skyli who all participated in this success. Berin E was a proficient goalkeeper and saved two crucial attempts at goal. The girls are now looking forward to their next game against Latymer School.
